When to apply for withdrawing?
Please submitter your request every Wednesday-Saturday (PST time), and the finance team will process all the requests on next Monday.
The status of the withdrawal request
There are currently 3 statuses: pending/paid/cancel
- Pending: Submitted, waiting for the financial check to make a payment.
- Paid: Already paid, according to the different banks or agencies, the time of arrival is slightly different. Please ask the bank or agencies for details.
- Cancel: Due to bank account or agency account problem, the payment fails; in this case, you need to apply again in the next cycle.
5miles will not support automatic payment now.
Common reasons for payment failure:
- Only support company account.
- The agency requires you to verify the store address again.
- The bank card number is wrong, resulting in the failure of the payment. (Please contact your operation manager to modify the payment information, and submit it in the next cycle; therefore, the merchant who submitted the payment information for the first time, please refer to the background prompt to fill in the correct information)
- For the rest of the relevant issues, please contact your operations manager in a timely manner.
