Currently, all the refund requests are handled by 5miles Dash Customer Support Team.
CS Team will contact the merchant to confirm order details. For the merchant, you can:
1. check the order details
2. check the request details, including message, pictures, videos.
If you process a refund for a payment that hasn’t settled, the payment will be voided. That means payment is reversed before settling.
If the payment has already settled, the CS team will refund the buyer’s payment back to the buyer bank account.
* If a merchant’s account has an abnormally high rate of refunds they may be charged refund fees on future instant refunds issued, or billed for return shipping of the item from the customer.

It's been since July-15 I haven't gotten my 3 caneled items money back but the one item there were out of stock I did they keep tell me it was returned and now told me 2 times wait 72 hrs did that twice I called bank nothing be put back I would like to know why
No one has responded to me and I bid on 2 items havent received and also asked for a refund explaining so and then a couple days later they take payment anyways wont be buying anything again from here unless they fix
Ok surprise surprise I got one of the items in the mail today literally like 15 mins after I posted above comment was it late very much so we are in march it was due in feb did anyone respond to my concerns no tracking should no movement but with all that said I'm glad I have received one of them now hopefully the other one comes and it fits since I couldnt figure out how to pick ring size

I am new to all of this. I have cancer and can't get out. You have charged me for multiple items...where i only wanted one and took my money. Never received all the multiples you charged me for. I'm very sick and also very sad.
You cancel my order because you where out stock and didn’t return my money
