To request a return, visit Profile--Bid Orders—Completed then click Customer Service to submit a request.
After requesting a return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Based on several factors including your location, location of the seller, cost of the order, history of returns, and reason for the return, a return request will result in one of the following outcomes:
- You will receive a refund without having to return the item.
- You will be asked to return the product and provide us with the postal carrier and tracking number. A full refund will be processed once the item arrives in it's original condition.
Disclaimers:
- Items must be returned with a valid tracking number to be eligible for refund.
- Items must be returned to the original seller's return address which is provided in your return request confirmation email. We are not responsible for items that are shipped to the 5miles office, returned with no identifying information, or returned outside of the return process described above.
- Refunds must always be processed to the original payment method. We are unable to process refunds to a different credit or debit card or an alternate payment method.
- If you paid with a one-time use gift card or rechargeable pre-paid card, we strongly recommend keeping the card until you are sure that you are satisfied with your purchase since refunds must always be processed back to the original payment method.
- If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be reflected on your credit card or bank statement within 5 to 10 days. If you have any trouble locating your refund, please contact the card-issuing bank directly. There should be a toll-free number on the back of your card if assistance is needed.
- 5miles is unable to support the replacement or re-shipment of items, including orders which are damaged or incomplete. Orders can be returned for a full refund and if a replacement is preferred, you must search by category for a similar item to purchase again.

How do I get to my profile then once I'm at my profile how do I get to where I need to be on this app so that I can return an item I ordered & it just arrived today! This item is not at all what I was expecting & I know this item is certainly not worth the $17 I pd for it! I have barely even ever ordered anything off of this app before& definitely have not returned anything I ordered of this app! THE 1ST item I ever ordered I was happy w/it until it broke 2 wks later but stll did not request a refund for the fact I was able yo fix the item, but this one particular item is do not worth the $17 that I pd for it! So please walk me thru the instructions on how I can return it w/out having to pay for shipping ,& have my money refunded on wich ever card I used to pay for yhis item
