BEWARE! PRODUCTS THEY SEND ARE GARBAGE!
Customer Service has yet to reply to me at all.... I definitely won’t be using this App anymore, especially the new bidding dash, it’s a scam. The product I was sent was pure garbage, it was ripped bent and opened... and of course customer service hasn’t responded to my tickets ( I sent two, as they never responded to the first one). I won’t be using or recommending this app until/unless their customer service improves and they stop ripping people off/stop allowing people to get ripped off like this. SHAME ON THEM for ripping people off with the holiday season approaching nonetheless.

I am having problems with five mile answering me I have several packages that say failure to deliver but I don't understand why they could drop them in my mailbox or leave them at my door which is still safe nobody's getting back at me how is it that they charge you and they don't respond I have over five packages edit the system keeps saying confirm that I received and I've not received nothing is there anybody that can help me how to get ahold of these people at this point I was looking so forward to the packages now I just want them a refund and I'm not doing this purchasing bidding stuff on them anymore
I paid for the Pro nose,ear,body 98 stud piercing kit well over a month and a half ago.. ..and I haven't seen it or heard from anyone in reference to it...I've recieved some of my items.. then I even heard about the orders I'm not gonna be able tol fer a d i have already received my money back for them..but I have NOT gotten nor heard about the 98 piece Piercing stud set.. I need someone to contact me a d either get me the product or refund my money back to mr ty Kris
I hope that they have really hard time to make a deal with unhappy customers but I believe that they will fix the process and make sure that everyone will be happy with the deal they can offer us
