Unpaid orders can be canceled by using the following steps:
Visit Profile--Bid Orders--Unpaid
Select the order you want to cancel.
Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm cancellation.
Unpaid orders will be canceled automatically after 24 hours.
Orders that have been paid, but not yet shipped, can be canceled within 4 hours of payment by following these steps:
Visit Profile--Bid Orders--In progress
Select the order you want to cancel.
Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm cancellation.
If the product hasn’t been shipped yet, the order can be canceled immediately.
For orders that can't be canceled, you may contact our Customer Support team by using the following steps:
Visit Profile--Bid Orders--In progress
Select the order you want to cancel.
Click Customer Service and follow the on-screen instructions.
If the product has already been shipped, you can refuse the delivery when it arrives.
To refuse delivery:
- Do not open the package.
- Write "Refused" on the package, and either give it back to the carrier, or drop it off at the post office or carrier facility within 3 days of delivery.
- Make sure the carrier scans the package as "Refused" while you are present. This is important because we can only process a refund if the package has been confirmed returned to the seller through the tracking details.
- Contact Customer Support and provide the order number and tracking number in your message. If the tracking status confirms the package has been "Refused", a refund will be processed by a member of our team.
It usually takes 5-10 days for your bank to issue a refund once the order has been canceled.
