- How do I apply to join the 5miles Dash for display?
Please visit the requirements of enrollment here:
Then send the application to b@5milesapp.com with documents attached. It will be replied within 7 days with results.
Once your account is approved, you can use your 5miles account to log in the 5miles Dash backstage and operation your dash products.
- Why I can't see my products listing after uploading them?
5miles Dash is a business of bidding, which means all products will be shown one by one. What's more, all items need reviewing before listing. After the approval, the system will arrange the time to show the auction, and the merchant can check the performance on the next day.
- Is there a fee for joining the 5miles Dash? What is included?
Currently, it's totally free for joining in if you are U.S company and regular seller on 5miles when you are approved to be merchants on 5miles Dash.
- How is the commission charged?
From January 1st, 2019, all orders will be charged a commission of $1+15% of order amount+finance fee if exists, based on the sales order volume and after-sales situation of the merchants. For quality merchants, the commission discount can be as low as 12%-13%. All fees are subject to settlement information.
- How is the price of the 5miles Dash set?
Commodity prices include starting price and market retail price, and goods starting at 1$ will receive more visits.
- What are the requirements for the logistics of 5miles Dash?
To ensure good buyer experience, non-trackable logistics methods are not accepted. The aging time is within 20 days. Merchants who have caused user complaints due to multiple reasons for logistics and distribution will freeze or directly cancel the account.
- How is the payment settled?
From 2019 onwards, after the order is properly placed (logistics tracking has arrived or the user confirms the order received) +45 days, the payment can be made. Please check the billing system for details because of different seller status.
- How to return and exchange?
5miles customer service accepts the return and exchange application, and the customer manager and the merchant cooperate to complete the return and exchange processing.
