When you purchase an item on 5miles, we hold the payment for your safety until you confirm you’ve received your order and it is as described in the listing. You just need to confirm delivery in order for payment to be released. If you don’t confirm that you’ve received the item in 10 days of meetup, we’ll assume the transaction was successful and release payment to your seller. Therefore, please contact the seller in time if there is any issue or contact us if there is any dispute.

Is Your Item not what you expected?
If you receive an order that is damaged or is not as described in the listing, please let the seller know face to face, then cancel the order. Please DO NOT confirm received, as doing so will release payment and complete the transaction. Once the transaction has been completed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Where’s your item?
If your item hasn't been shipped within the 3 day time frame, the system will cancel the transaction automatically and issue a full refund to you in the original form of payment.
What’s not covered?
Transactions taken off the app are strictly prohibited by 5miles’ Terms and Conditions. Our Buyer Guarantee does not cover transactions performed outside of the 5miles app, and listings or profiles soliciting transactions outside of 5miles are subject to removal or punishment. Additionally, we do not support returns and refunds for prohibited items, virtual Items, or other items restricted by 5miles.
