Sellers
1. List your item and make sure that all portions are filled.
The Local Services category implies "face-to-face" interaction for a service to be completed. Online Skills, refers to services that can be completed or delivered online.
2. Sales Unit:
The sales unit should be indicated in less than 20 characters. Do not include numbers, spaces, or emoticons.
3. Service Method:
If your service was purchased using 5miles Wallet, you have 3 days to begin to provide the service or it will be canceled. Please set the status in Order Details to "Service in Progress" once it begins. When the buyer confirms the service has been completed, you will receive payment.
＊Note：You don’t need to relist your service after one job is completed. Services will not be marked as sold unless you edit it.
Buyers
1. Communicate before the transaction.
Please communicate with the seller before the transaction. Don't forget to confirm the service time, payment method, and price per unit.
2. Service in 3 days
If you purchase a service using 5miles Wallet, the seller has 3 days to schedule the service. If the service doesn't start in 3 days, you may cancel the service in "Order Details" to stop your payment.
3. Confirm service completed.
You must confirm when the service is completed in order for the service provider to receive payment.
