1. Find an item by browsing newly listed items on the Homepage and search by category or keyword.
2. Ask a question by tapping on the “Chat” button.
This button allows you to communicate privately with the seller through our in-app messaging system. If you’re not ready, click the “Like” button to save the item to your profile for viewing later on. (You will receive notifications if your liked item is edited or sold.)
3. Place an order: Tap on 'Pay Now' button located on the upper right corner of the chatting page, select your payment method and click “Checkout” at the bottom of the screen to complete your payment.
Note: 5miles Protection guarantees you 'Get the item you ordered or your money back'. The funds will not be released to the seller until you confirm you received the item. Paying online eliminates the hassle of going to the ATM or worrying about exact change. You can be sure of your card safety. We will not store or use it in any way.
4. When you meet another member, we advise you meet in a public place and make an exchange only after you have carefully inspected the item.
Do not forget to click 'Confirmed Received’ so that we can release the funds to the seller. Note: We do not accept returns or refunds after you have clicked 'Confirmed Received’. 5. Review your sellers so that other buyers can see how well the seller’s previous transactions went. Sellers can improve their service level accordingly.
