In order to maintain a seamless shopping experience, it's essential to accurately and honestly describe your item when creating a listing. If your item has a cosmetic flaw, like a small scratch or slight wear, please post a photo showing this. Also, let your prospective buyers know in the listing if you've got smokers or pets at home.

Here are some tips on determining an items condition:

New

New means exactly that: new! The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the original, unopened packaging. For clothing, the item must be new with tags.

Like New

The item is new without tags, unused, in mint condition, free of defects, and shows no signs of wear.

Good

The item is gently used, but may have one or a few minor flaws. It must be functional and accurately described in the listing.

Fair

The item is used and has multiple cosmetic flaws or defects. It must be functional and accurately described in the listing.

Poor

The item has major cosmetic flaws and may be damaged, not fully functional, or being sold for parts.
