How can I cancel a transaction?

Go to Profile.

Click Purchases/Listings.

Click In Progress.

Tap on the order you want to cancel.

Click on the “Cancel Order” button located on the lower right corner of the page.

Choose Cancel Reason and submit (The default refund amount is a full refund. Please edit/change it, if necessary.)
Note:

We highly recommend you contact your seller first before cancelling any order in case there is any disagreement.

Order can only be cancelled before confirm received. The “Cancel Order” option will be unavailable after confirm received. If you still have an issue, please contact your seller/buyer personally to handle it if necessary.
