How do I get my refund my account it says items delivered& there not

I wear a lot of packages in my account keeps market items delivered so far there’s five items I didn’t receive so I would like a refund I order a lot from you guys so it’s not like I need to lie about five items Please fix this ASAP my email :pitalian83.st@gmail.com
