Cancellation of account

I believe there may be Federal requirements that companies must give users the ability to cancel our accounts.

I am thinking on going to the FTC with this issue. If that fails my next step will be my Congressional or Senate representative. 

Hopefully some of the people reading this will do the same.

  I agree. Legally they must allow deletion. I’m trying to and can’t.

  This site is obviously spyware. We all were tricked. They now have our Facebook login or email?  Provocateurs harvesting info. I say the FCC should report this. Has anyone contacted the BBB

  The site is a bate and switch site. Turn key for some info harvesting slave drivers

  I got charged $29.99 without permission, I can’t find a way to cancel the payment and I need refund before I call my bank and do a claim
