Did not get my lucky draw numbers after paying for them

I paid for the numbers but never actually got them. Dont know where to get them or how to go about it. This thing makes it sooo dificult to get the numbers.

  I don’t believe I will be purchasing anything else on 5 mile it seems that half of my orders aere cancelled or it takes forever to be delivered so count me out
