Problem with credits

I need help, I accidentally pressed the 5$ 5miles app redeeming button. I have been saving these credits forever and wanted to wait or maybe the amazon. No options for this, no confirm button either so just scrolling through options and it redeemed it! Darn it. Anyone can help? I’d be much appreciated.

  Same thing happened to me. Did you ever figure if it can be switched to an Amazon gift card?

  I was trying to get $5 dollar Amazon card and it take my coins without giving me the card

  How does this game work. There are no clear easily accessible way or means to redeem these coins. There also doesn't seem the ability to choose redemptions. Please clearly explain?

  There is but you have to look. Next to your coin amount is an arrow. If you push it it takes you to a page that has all the options to pick what you want. If you pick amazon it gives you a code to key in when you are paying.
