Follower Seems Odd

I just got notice of a new follower, and not related to a specific item. When i look at their profile, it shows they just joined this month, and are following about 10-15 people all with randomly different sale items. Every one of the people they follow is in the town I have listed on my profile.

This strikes me as someone with alterior motives, looking to to do no good.

Anyone else experience this?

I am not even sure how to search for people in my direct city/area.

  I can say one thing I don’t like the new software it went from the best to the worst.
