What do I do about an incorrect rating?
So I have a rating I got for something I didn't buy or sale. Now do I get that resolved? I wouldnt care too much, but I pride myself on 100% customer satisfaction. I had that until now and I need this app to do my business. It helps so much from the old way I had to make sells. If anyone has had this problem or has some solutions I am all ears.Thanks
