What has happened to my Coin Balance? Why has it frozen? It has been frozen for a number of days already. What is going on and why? I need an answer please and I need help with this issue. Thanks.

  I cashed in 5000 coins for a five dollar E credit with Amazon. I have not received the E credit with Amazon

  WHY WILL NOT ANSWER THE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE COIN SITUATION BEEN REPEATEDLY ASKING WHERE ARE MY COINS WHY CAN I NOT GET MY DAILY BOUNES AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TALK OR RECEIVE MESSAGES IN 3 MONTHS PLEASE RESPOND ASAP OR I WILL CLOSE OUT MY ACCOUNT
