I have bought over 15 items. They keep marking them delivered but I haven't received one. How do I speak with someone about this?

  I keep winning items but they keep getting canceled does anyone else have this problem and know what to do about it?

  I don't understand either they said it is security reasons but I have to order and now my account is blocked. Have they answered you at all
