Not receiving any of my purchases? Do I have to report them as fraud?

  I San having the same problem it has been almost 2 months and I have not recieved 2 out of the 3 items I bid on and was charge on my credit card already. And now too make matters writer my messages in my account only hold you to 28 days apparently so there is no evidence now for me to show both purchases. Im fkn pissed.

  I always take pictures of the item bought and the conformation page so that I always have proof if something like this occurs
