No One Replies To Sell

I've deleted my app off and on and hope to download again to make sales or buy stuff. It's been a year and i get zero replies! All kinds of stuff too. I think it's just the app. I used to be able to use it when i first got it and that's why I have 4 ratings. But really? I'm 100% sure I'm not the only one.
