    The pass code they send is 6 digit and you are only allowed 4 digit. They need to correct that. Can't sell nothing with this app. No support

    Hi Jesús,

     

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Let's try to do a troubleshooting by simply uninstalling and re-installing the app.

    Then try to login in your account. Go to Profile, tap Edit button in the upper right corner, scroll down and tap Phone.

     

     


    This is the page where to verify your number.

    Select the Country/Region, add your mobile number and tap Send Passcode button. It will send you a passcode via SMS. 

    If there is an error popping up or it still sending you 6 digit passcode, please contact us by tapping the Help Center in your Profile.

    The passcode must be 4-digit only. If you also received 6-digit passcode, please try to do the instruction above.

    If the instruction above didn't solve the problem, please contact us in the Help Center to assist you immediately.
