How do you know if your account is blocked or frozen?

I tried to post a new item and it says "Can post 0 pictures at this time". Also, I haven't gotten any messages in a long time about my other items I've posted.

  Hi there J! Please try to clear your app's cache by going to your Settings > Clear Cache. Alternatively, you can try to uninstall the app, reinstall then restart your phone.
