Cannot post pictures

I am attempting to upload new photos and post a new item and now when I hit the sell button- it's telling me "You can post 0 photos at this time". Idk what is going on but I haven't had any luck on this app and the 1 person that was interested basically jerked me around for a month. There really isn't anyone in my area who appears to really be using this particular app. What's funny is I did a survey yesterday and now can't post on the app?? Seems like a weird coincidence. If I can't post items to sell, I will be deleting my content and the app. It is becoming useless.

  Hi there Kim! Please try to clear your app's cache by going to your Settings > Clear Cache.
  Alternatively, you can try to uninstall the app, reinstall then restart your phone.

  I was uploading photos salmost done ,suddenly my phone shut down.when i on and try again it doesn't work.i can't see the pictures when i try to
  Post they said you can't..I don't know what i have to do
