NOT being able to SPEND MY BALANCE!
I have $250 in by 5 mile wallets and I can't even spend it. I've tried everything talk to three Representatives and no one seems to be able to help me. One person told me that I have to have a bank account in order to spend my balance on something offered in five mile. But if it comes to a service offered by 5 Mile all the sudden my balance pops up and I can spend it! That's bullcrap!

Hey! This is a known issue! Right now, you can't purchase product from other sellers via balance. This issue will be fixed in next app version. You can withdraw the funds to your bank account instead. Here is the way to submit such a request: Profile--Wallet--Transfer to bank.

It makes no sense that if this is a known problem AKA "BUG" THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO THIS ARE NOT REMOVED???!! Unless the intent would be to deceive more people and get them to do what the instructions say to do??? How does that make sense? What is really going on here? Why haven't you removed the instructions for this "known problem" and why have your customer service reps not been informed of this so called Bug? I had one rep troubleshoot the problem in a series of about 6 emails with me! Wasting about an hour of my time!!! Was this an act? Some kind of evasive distraction technique or do you not train your employees on how to handle these "known problems"? Sounds really fishy to me and I think that other people need to be warned about you people and your deceitful behavior! Shame on all of you!!!!
