My payed order is canceled WHERE'S MY MONEY

I have payed for multiple dash orders and the money was successfully taken from my account I haven't received a thing I have purchased I went back and looked at order history it says "buyer canceled" I didn't cancel anything and I can't contact tuppirt to open a ticket a page pops up saying I have no internet connection witch is B.S since this page afterward has opened. What do I do
