Not receiving my orders!

I have ordered three watches, a set for my wife, a bear for my daughter, and a few other items and never received them. Every time I give this sight another chance it’s either poor quality items or nothing at all. I’m done using this sight and I’m forcing my money be refunded.

  Does anyone answer you back? I haven't received my order and can't find a way to talk to anyone? What do we do now
