What happened to the shipping option?

Clothing & light weight household decorative items should be able to ship but the shipping option is not coming up as an option anymore

  I am sorry that the shipping option function has been temporarily removed. Our IT Dep. is working to improve the function. We will reintroduce this option soon. Please kindly wait.

  You guys have been saying you’re going to bring shipping back and I’ve asked multiple times and get the same answer you gave this lady 10 months ago! Just be honest and say you’re not bringing it back!! I’ve been waiting for over 2 years now for shipping to come back
