5 miles points are gone and no gift card

Tried to redeem reward points . Recieved server error and all 10000 rewards points are gone from my account . Is this some fake feature of 5 miles ? Spent several hours to earn 10000 points and now it’s completely gone with out receding Amazon gift card

  Your not the only 1. Redeemed 20,000 & 10,000 Amazon gift cards. Nothing. Turned down on Amazon.

  I got a server error as well but my coins were not deducted. Have you contacted customer support?

  Same thing just happened to me. I was supposed to get a $5 Amazon gift card, when I redeemed it said error, took away my points, but got nothing regarding my gift card. Is this a scam??

  Just redeemed $5 credit for an Amazon card, but did not receive any info or email confirming the transaction. I also don't see any comments from 5 miles here to anyone's issues. What's the deal here ??

  Just an update for those who had this issue. I didn't contact support or anything after getting the error. 2 days later I got an email form 5 miles with the gift card code. Hopefully yall got it too.

  I have had the same thing happen with a 20$ Amazon gift card. I received the code for the first gift card, but not the second one. I've not re ieved an email or anything and it's been a week since I turned in my coins
