3 months no sales, tons of followers

This app has generated zero sales for me, I post on other apps like this and only 1 out of the 3 has ever made a sale but everyone of them fills my email with useless notifications and messages that I also get through the app. Needlessly posted again to my email account!

After a month I have now figured out that this app will never allow any sales unless you are promoting them (paying money).

I find myself only returning here to remove sales I posted as they sell elsewhere, same items, same prices, same pictures, no interest, not even questions from buyers for 2 months. Then it appears to me that they are now doing the same as letgo and sending fake bot messages to make it seem like there are buyers interested. Not 1 has yet to respond back to me after I replied to their messages, so far I have 4 like this and I get 50 per day of real buyers on OfferUp.

I can see now why this app suffers with no buyers, even though it's a nice looking app with all the bells and whistles, it has huge search issues, mainly due to lack of interest by sellers to even bother listing here. Search is horribly assembled, does not save your settings, plus when you set it to anything but 30 miles you get no results. This is either a problem in the app or there's no sellers in the Phoenix metro area but there's plenty in the little town of Gilbert, even though Gilbert is near Tempe and Mesa which are vastly more populated, there seems to be nothing being sold. This very well could be the case accept I've read that others have seen the same results for their large cities not showing any results but 40 miles away in small towns they are seeing posts.

Can't expect users to bother when they can't find anything to buy especially when the app is supposed to be used for buying within 5 miles! Why is the default setting not set to 5 miles???!!!?? This seems to be a major issue, you would think that with the name it would be the obvious default setting, unless they know you won't find anything if it's not set to 30 miles.

Not worth the time I took to post listings, plus all the sales I made elsewhere are being chalked up as theirs in the nifty but useless sales charts. Has huge potential but no results, they need to fix the search and have it save settings before this app will be popular. I think if they would have had it working correctly at the launch this would have been the number one selling app but with the issues, they have effectively ruined their chances, the more that tried it, the more that realized its ineffectiveness and removed it. It's hard to get users to return to try this app once they are marked as bad. 1st appearance's are everything for an app, it could have swept the field and been the new eBay, had it been fine tuned right off the bat. Now there's too many that have found success using other apps that aren't nearly as good but since this one doesn't work properly, the moment has passed and sellers don't be investing a bunch of time for no sales, impossible to convince unhappy users to come back. Need to fix it and relaunch it with a new name and color, start like it's brand new, scrap this one turn the users loose and send them invited to the improved version. Quit trying to get money from sellers, keep it fair and keep the selling posts cleaned up by removing duplicates (major problem on other apps) promptly and earning abusers who post in multiple categories as well. 6 items with 1200 listings on other apps! They do nothing to remove these Abusive sellers, do there are problems on all of these Apps but the bottom dollar is sales! Sales are made on other apps but not here, I have provided the needed starting points to make this the tip app, the longer it stays like this the worse it will end up bring, more and more are giving bad reviews and you need to act quickly and quit worrying about making money when you desperately need to make this a useable app that can make money for the users as well as the owners!
