Payment history says paid but there in no balance located in my wallet

I have no balance sign in my wallet but uwt the person paid. It says paid in my payment history and success in it to and i contacted them in email and nothinf is helping me figure it out.can someone help me im getting really upset.

  I have the same issue right now? Did you connect a bank card?
