Scam Tip- Selling a car? Cover those plates!

*Reasons to cover plates on car for sell *
-Being a scammer-
-Wanted by Law
-Car has title liens/loans
-Car was totaled/flooded/etc
-Odometer fraud.
-You hate carfax and don't want ppl 2 check
-Won't pass inspection/non consistent record
-2 many previous owners
-hot/repo list
-you seen a scammer with new account do it.
-Privacy, which in that case you should not be selling a car on public domain, instead you should dig hole in sand and get in and hide. If you own a car in your name, and you should have nothing tip hide, you drive with plates showing, might take them off after u sell it but you dont take vin number when you sell out which has all same info on it. A lot of them are covering temp tags, just open account, no history, no verify and it's all so common for them to have body panels the done line up, paint that don't match that good, pictures that seem tip be 2 hiding something

  In Texas it's recommended to go with the buyer to tax office or title company to change it over for both parties peotection
