I had a horrible experience with a seller. I wrote a well deserved bad review. The seller wrote a bad review filled with lies as retaliation, then had a friend contact me very shortly after, asking if an item I am selling is still available. I said yes and almost instantly they gave me a bad review on it claiming an experience that mirrored my bad experience with their friend. You can check my chat messages and see that the time between her asking, me replying, and her bad review are all minutes apart. Please remove these false and fake reviews. They are the only 2 I have. All my other reviews are in stark contrast to these two fake ones.

  First of all, I sincerely apologize if you encounter this kindof user here on our app. In your case, we suggest you report the review with the following steps:

  Go to your Profile => Level / Ratings.

  

  On the review page, click on the 3 dots beside the specific review you wish to report. From the drop down menu, click Report.

  It will go to the Report Review page, as shown below. Please make sure to select the correct reason for reporting and provide details if possible in the blank provided below. Then click Send to submit the report.

  I did that the day it happened. Still nothing has been done.

  I received a fake review and asked for a removal but was told to go on the Help center, l would like it to be moved because it's has no bases and it is just used to avoid the facts. Can this can be reviewed and removed?

  I also have a fake review left by an unscrupulous seller.i have reported it to no avail. What can I do to report this user and remove the fake review?
