    I have 3 puppies on my favourite list and now the pictures have the unnapr on it...what does it mean?

    Hi Nieves! Item pictures that have the sign "Unapproved" on them are listings that were taken down for going against our Prohibited Items Policy.

    Additionally, we have recently updated our rule about pet selling on the app. We no longer allow selling of pets in 5miles. We've gone through all the pet-related listings in our system last week and took down pet-selling ones. We hope you understand and help us to keep our app free of animal cruelty!
