How do I change my shipping address on 5miles Dash? – Questions? Answers Are Here!

5miles Dash currently does not support changing your shipping address after an order has been placed due to security purposes. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing an order.

If you entered a wrong shipping address, you will have to cancel the order and bid for it again.

Notice:

To add or edit your Shipping Address before placing an order, please go to Profile > Edit Profile > Shipping Address.
If an order has already shipped, it is no longer possible to change the address. We recommend that you contact your post office with the tracking number and request that they re-route the package to another address.
5miles Dash Sellers are responsible for adding a valid tracking number to confirm that the item reaches the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of payment.
We cannot offer Buyer Protection if tracking confirms the item was delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of payment and you did not receive it, or if the item was misplaced or stolen after it was delivered.
You may be eligible for refund if tracking shows the item was "Undeliverable" and returned to sender. Please contact our customer support team if this has occurred.

I didn’t put my address wrong but my city is beside my street name and number and on last row it just has ,TX 75069 and it’s suppose to say McKinney ,TX 75069 and I want my item and I don’t know where to go to have it rerouted

I changed my address the same day i thought the item, however smiles dash never updated my address, when i never received the item, when i check the tracking # it said delivered, i asked who signed it, i didn't get replied so I'm still waiting who signed the item. I'm calling my old address manager office to find out if it's really delivered there, othet wise ll contact my credit card company they ll give me my money back. 100% guaranteed
