- If you are unsatisfied with your item in any way, you may contact customer service within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund. Some conditions apply. Please review the FAQ: How do I return an item on 5miles Dash? for details.
- If you have not received an order within the estimated delivery date, you can report the late delivery by selecting Bid Orders--> Order--> Customer Service. After 60 days from the shipment date, if the item has not been confirmed delivered by tracking, we will process a full refund without any hesitation. The following conditions apply
- We can offer Buyer Protection for up to 180 days from the payment date
- For received items to be eligible for refund, items must be returned with a valid tracking number to the return address which is provided in your return request confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for items that are shipped to our offices, returned with no identifying information, or returned outside of the return request process as described in the FAQ: How do I return an item on 5miles Dash?
- "Cash refund" is defined as a refund to the original payment method. Cash refunds cannot be processed to a different credit or debit card, or an alternate funding source.
- If you paid with a one-time use gift card or rechargeable pre-paid card, we strongly recommend keeping the card until you are sure that you are satisfied with your purchases, as cash refunds must always be processed back to the original payment method.
- If you paid with PayPal using either your linked bank account or PayPal balance, cash refund will be processed to your PayPal balance. Your refund will be reflected on your PayPal account within 3 to 5 business days. If you paid with your credit or debit card through PayPal, the refunded amount will go back to your card as a credit. In these instances, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement. Please contact PayPal for additional questions about your refund.
- If you paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay, cash refund will be processed back to the credit or debit card linked to your payment account.
- If you paid with a credit or debit card, cash refund will be reflected on your credit card or bank statement as a credit within 3 to 5 business days. If you have trouble locating your refund, please contact the card-issuing bank directly. For your convenience there is a toll-free number on the back of your card.
- We’re sorry but it is not possible for 5miles to refund or reimburse the cost of foreign transaction fees, overdraft fees from your bank, additional postage due, Customs, VAT, or any other taxes or fees which were not included on your invoice and paid through this platform. If you incur these costs, we recommend consulting local import laws, as well as your post office or bank for additional details.
- For the security of our customers, only a buyer's mailing address is shared with sellers. Issues with an order should only be resolved through the options provided within the platform under Bid Order. If a listing includes a seller's direct contact information, we strongly recommend using caution, as Buyer Protection does not cover any transactions that take place outside of this platform.

How do i pay for an item using this app for protection reason.
Garbage,pieces missing doesnt look at all like what they showed and no one from customer service gets back.
I am paying for shipping back. Ripped off. Also they showed using my card for 2 things I did not order. 5miles you really should check out companies before you bring them on this site.

Ive had the worst experience every with customer service sorry dont believe a word of their buyers guarantee. My order wasnt even shipped at 60 days and they refused me a refund tried to convince me the package was about to be delievered and offered to refund $3 of a $12 purchase i advice any one that thinks of bidding in Dash to change their minds n save their money

Good Evening, Actually5 miles respond to me for missing package it said delivery to my place but never receive the item and they should check online or call the postoffice but they let me to do there job to call this number and ask this tracking number and I call the next day and ask about the missing package and they told me the tracking number is not active that's why I message back the 5miles again and I'm already passed and ask them to call them and ask what they told me for missing item and also tell me this that maybe my neighbor took it my God and I been waiting for. Month now still nothing I'm only asking is to check and refund my money but totally nothing there are useless not totally helpful not like other website. This is a socks websites I used to sell here also and buy stuff. And I have a good rating here 100% as a seller along time ago and a buyer but now I try to buy some gift and I just notice that this costumer service is really not helpful it's not my responsible for a loss item and they let me to call the 1800 number to check my package that's stupid right that's there job to check not me that's why I'm still not happy because they loss the item my money too is loss they not doing anything at all I just need my money back and pls. Everyone this company is not really responsible if there is there not gonna let you too there Job. They have to call the Postal service to verify them self and ask what' happen to the missing package.
