Has anyone noticed listings getting 0 views on 5miles?

We’re seeing this on our items even though they perform well on other platforms, so we’re curious how visibility works here. Is it related to categories, keywords, location settings, or something else within the platform? Would love to hear others’ experiences or tips.

  Yes, I used to get many views months back, now always says 1 view only…something is wrong either way the app, have reported many times but apparently Customer not technical support seem to work

  I have noticed that when I post an item its there for a couple of days and then I can't find it ,I posted a freezer about a month ago and I just checked and I look under appliances and it's not there so I checked on the main part and NADA
