They take out the points but no gift was given. Contacted customer service, got a reply that they will not close my case until I received my gift card. Then all stopped. No response at all. It seems like a childish scam. Why promise something that you cannot deliver!!

  I'm having the same problem I redeem a gift card and it doesn't give me a confirmation number or nothing

  I came here to find out what happened to my points when I redeemed them for my gift card. No directions, no confirmation information, no indication of where my gift card is going, if it is even really being handled. Also, couldn’t do any surveys or anything cause every time I would click on one I was taken back to the previous page

  I have not received my $20 gift card either. Contacted customer service and they said they would send it to me and that they would not close the case until I get the gift card. 3 days have gone by not only I haven't received a gift card but they're not responding to my emails anymore either. What is scam. I'm going to report them to the consumer affairs. I think a class action lawsuit is in place

  I haven’t received my $5 Amazon gift card either. In the past, they would send a gift code almost immediately. Not sure why things have changed, and why it’s taking so long to receive. You would think it would be automated.

  It’s all a scam now. I haven’t gotten mine either and just a stupid general email response.

  Get the occasional email,not to worry, check is in the mail bull. I've been waiting two weeks now, and still no Amazon gift card. Wondering if Amazon realizes their being screwed also...
