My account had 12 hour suspended for no reason how do you fix this

  I need to know what did I do wrong for my account to be suspended for 12 hours , I just received a message from you that it says THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED 12 HOURS FROM NOW ON . All I been doing is to respond messages from people . I did the polite thing to do . Is this ilegal to do? Refund my money Back for my the advertise of my post . If my account is gonna be suspended and I won’t be able to communicate with my customers then refund my money back asap
