Why aren't there a order history. It's been times when I never received an item but did not realize it to months later. There should be an order history in the app

  I made a purchase several weeks ago. I haven’t received item and there was a message in my account from seller stating that the order may not be sent for 60 days due to Covid 19.
  Then I receive a sms message from 5miles asking if I was satisfied with the delivery of my item. What the heck ???
