No one replys to sell

Lately no one has been replying to be and I've sent messages to 10 different people. Is this app not working right now bc of covid19 or has my account been blocked or what???

  I've found most of the ads are fake scams. If there selling a car they would want to sell it. Well a few might say yes its available then I say I want to buy can we meet. And then stop talking to u or they set up a time then 10 minutes before ur suppse to be there they will put sold. Someone needs to do something. I had one person try to scam me and said I had to pay them thru ebay. Never buy off the site like thru text or email.

  I received a post from a potential buyer but, there's no place for me to reply to the man's question. Where do I reply? I've tapped on everything on the page and nothing. Frustrated and I'm sure the man asking the questions is frustrated as well.
