Duplicate listing error

I listed an item and then went back to edit another photo and a message popped up to be careful or I will be banned but I was only trying to get fit out a photo that wouldn’t . It kept saying error and wouldn’t let me out. I through the it was a WiFi issue till I got the “ ban” message. I promise I wasn’t trying to break a rule only TRYING to edit
