5 mile not answering anyone

Why doesn't anyone running this app not answer or interact with people.i see a lot of questions and comments on some really concerning topics and there's nothing from anyone that owns or runs this app where's the customer service at..this is bad.

  I was literally thinking the same thing! I haven't seen one reply to any concerns from users. I had high hopes for this app at first, but now I'm cautiously backing away until I see some results from 5 Mile. Not willing to jeopardize my money or my business for this.

  Im going through same...still no product 2 week's...face masks...$49 and no refund!!--
