Not delivered

I won on dash and my estimated delivery date was 12/06/19 today is 12/20/19 and did not receive me anything until now I did send an email to the customer service but no response the trucking number that was provided to me it’s not accurate after 11/20/19 it was no update on my stuff the only think was saying that it has been arrived and it’s out for delivery
