Never bid before I only had $5 budget and I won bid but went $2 over oops

I never bid before I had $5 budget and I won bid but accidentally went $2 over my strict $5 budget can I back out get $5 back I never bid before dew to I don't own any money card some sort. Cool I have $5 let me try again WITHOUT GOING OVER $5  hehe
