Buying a product

There is a seller here that doesn’t know how to accept my offer and can’t find a way to do it! I have my payment cc registered here but cannot pay until seller can accept the offer and the payment. What I found online doesn’t appear on the ap, so don’t know how to help the seller so I can buy the product
