Fakes being sold on here is it okay to sell counterfeits?

Fake purses, earrings, necklaces all fake continue to be allowed to be sold on this app. Been reported multiple times and they stay up. So is it legal to sell them now? I am assuming so because all the flags to the stores that have them and they are never removed.
