    Sorry to hear the trouble. We suggest you try some troubleshooting process first.


    Restart your phone, uninstall the app, and reinstall it again, And please make sure your internet connection is good. 

    Additionally, try to clear 5miles cache in the following way: Settings => General => Apps => 5miles => Storage => Clear cache.
    Tip: Different cell phones may have a different way to clear cache, but the key step is to find Apps.
