Am I being scammed by 5 miles

I have had a listing for free puppies up for over a week
..each time I pay for more exposure 5 miles says it's unapproved yet keeps my money...then I message them and they put it back up without giving me what I paid for...why is this??.

  Yes I believe we’re being scammed. Fraudulent pictures on some of the listings. IE: I purchased a Michael Korda purse as pictured. I did this hastily and didn’t read comments. It’s NOT a MK purse. It should clearly say that. You’re supposed to get what’s advertised. I’m contacting the BBB.
