5mile is going in circles tefusing to have refunds provessed after alloted time to refund had passed. Aprox 4-8 refunds total. Where do i turn?

  I have refused items and y’all should have gotten them weeks ago.I also canceled items.Where is my refunds?I should have gotten something by now.Thank you for your help.
